NAEYC has declared 2009 the year of the member.
In the last month NAEYC has received the results of their membership needs assessment. Members, lapsed members and early childhood professional who have never been members were surveyed. They received over 2500 responses from across the country.
With the information obtained in the membership needs assessment NAEYC will work to strengthen the way they meet the needs of their members. As your Wyoming delegate to the NAEYC Affiliate Council I would like to encourage you to think about what you want from your state and national early childhood professional organization.
